Gratitude

Self-Care is much more than doing things that make us feel happy. Self-Care is about developing our highest Self. We are stretched from work responsibilities, current expenses, planning for retirement, and family needs. What Self-Care requires is allowing yourself to put your own needs ahead of other's needs. Gratitude Time!! Which of these do you excel in? Thank yourself for honoring yourself with kindness, and love. Example: "I thank myself for Taking Time off When I am Sick."

If you have decided to add one of these self-care opportunities into your life, which did you choose? When will you begin? How will you experience it? Example: I chose "Spend time in nature". I will begin this Sunday. I will be attending a family celebration, which is being held in a log cabin.
